Our Story
United Commerce Group was founded by Serial Entrepreneur, Jason Guerrettaz, as a vehicle for building, acquiring, operating and exiting privately held businesses.
After a long career as a military officer and attorney, Jason moved into entrepreneurship and spent years building, buying and operating companies himself. That experience ultimately shaped UCG into what it is today: an operator-led holding company with interests spanning M&A, finance, technology, consumer products, real estate, hospitality and business services.
Jason remains directly involved in the direction of United Commerce Group today, working alongside other founders and teams within its portfolio companies while leading the group’s investment decisions, acquisitions and development of new businesses.
