ShagWagon was developed as a mobile-services concept designed to remove the fixed-location limitation of a traditional barbershop. Purpose-built mobile units would bring a professional barbering environment directly to homes, offices, events and other customer locations.
The concept explored the combination of local services, technology-enabled scheduling and a replicable operating model with the potential to expand into multiple territories.
