Zooni brought a highly differentiated children’s apparel brand into the UCG portfolio. Originally launched in San Francisco, the company specialized in memorable hand-knit hats and accessories designed to make functional cold-weather products fun for children to wear.
The brand complemented UCG’s growing presence in baby and children’s products while providing experience operating an established consumer brand with a recognizable design identity.
